Empower Kidz and Teenz Academy is a faith-based life academy for children and teenagers, registered as a social enterprise in the UK.
Our vision is to be a solid and steadfast pillar of support to parents as they navigate the path of raising godly, well-rounded, wholesome, and exceptional children.
To realize this vision, we are dedicated to empowering children and teenagers with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to lead fulfilling and successful lives while also equipping parents with essential education.
Our vision is designed to contribute to several SDGs, with a particular emphasis on the following:
Quality Education (SDG 4): We aim to provide children and teenagers with a well-rounded education that goes beyond academic achievement. By focusing on values, life skills, and character development, we strive to empower the younger generation to become responsible and engaged global citizens.
Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3): Our commitment to holistic development includes promoting physical and mental well-being. Through various programmes, we encourage a healthy lifestyle, emotional resilience, and positive mental health practices among children and teenagers.
Gender Equality (SDG 5): Empower Kidz and Teenz Academy is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where all children, regardless of gender, have equal opportunities to learn, grow, and excel. Our curriculum emphasizes values of respect, equality, and collaboration.

Our programmes equip children and teenagers with the skills necessary to be responsible and ethical leaders of tomorrow.
Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8): Through our emphasis on skills development and well-rounded education, we aspire to prepare children and teenagers for successful and fulfilling careers, contributing to the nation's economic growth and stability.

1. the need for comprehensive, values-based education that goes beyond traditional academic learning. Many parents face the challenge of raising children in a rapidly changing world, and they often seek support in navigating the complexities of imparting essential life skills and values to their children. Empower Kidz and Teenz Academy serves as a support system, offering educational resources and guidance to parents, bridging the gap between academic learning and holistic development.
2. Mental Health: The mental well-being of children and teenagers is a growing concern. Issues such as anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders have been on the rise, exacerbated by factors like academic pressure and social media. Empower Kidz and Teenz Academy aims to address this through our comprehensive curriculum that not only focuses on academic excellence but also incorporates elements of mental health education, character development, and emotional intelligence.
My name is Oluwapelumi Boluwaji (PhD).
My journey as a devoted coach and mentor for children commenced a remarkable 17 years ago when I took my first steps into the world of education as a primary school teacher, right after completing my secondary school education. This experience sparked a passion within me that only grew stronger. This passion led me to teach in a secondary school after my university education, and from then, it became my aspiration to shape a career as a university lecturer, enabling me to guide and mentor young minds.
In a few short months, I achieved my goal of becoming a lecturer at a prestigious university, where I could blend my academic pursuits with my deep commitment to mentoring young minds.
Throughout my life, I have initiated children’s clubs within my community, creating spaces where I impart valuable life and spiritual skills to eager young learners.
Moreover, I’ve passionately volunteered as an educator for children and teenagers whenever opportunities arise.
Four years ago, I embarked on another significant endeavour—founding a mentoring platform meticulously tailored to meet the needs of teenage girls. Collaborating with fellow mentors, we were able to guide and inspire these young women as they navigated the peculiar challenges of our time.
Today, I am thrilled to embark on a new chapter, fully dedicating myself to my passion and purpose of coaching and mentoring children and teenagers.
